I'm a software engineer based in Bangalore, India. I build things — web apps, ML systems, edge devices, whatever the problem calls for. If it's an interesting problem, I'm probably already thinking about it.
About Me
Hey, I'm Vaibhav Vemani — a developer from Bengaluru with a bit of a problem. I see something broken or missing and I have to build it. Not because I have to, because I genuinely can't help it. To me, software development feels less like engineering and more like art. There's something about taking nothing and turning it into something that actually works — I don't think I'll ever get tired of that feeling.
On the AI thing — I think it's an incredible tool. But a tool is only as good as the person behind it, and I'd rather be the person who truly understands what's being built than someone who can't tell good code from bad. Even if AI one day writes better systems than me — and honestly, it might (it already can) — I'll still be writing code. Painters didn't stop painting when the camera was invented.
